Pedal Boat Rental Conditions / Uvjeti najma pedalina
Late returns will be charged at the next hour’s rate.
Kasniji povratak od dogovorenog, dodaje se najam sljedećeg sata.
Rental agreement may only be signed by persons over 18 years of age. Children aged 12 to 18 may operate the pedal boat independently, while children under 12 are not allowed on the boat without adult supervision.
Life jackets for children and adults are included in the price and their use is recommended for everyone.
In case of bad weather, reservations may be cancelled for safety reasons with a full refund or rescheduled for a new time slot.
Ugovor o najmu mogu potpisati samo stariji od 18 godina. Djeca od 12 do 18 godina mogu upravljati samostalno pedalinom, djeca mlađa od 12 godina ne smiju biti sami na pedalini bez pratnje odrasle osobe.
Prsluci za djecu i odrasle su uključeni u cijenu i preporučuju se nositi svima.
Po lošem vremenu se rezervacija radi sigurnosti može otkazati uz puni povrat novca, ili dogovoreni novi termin.
- Lower the canopy (Remove the “sail”) As soon as you feel a stronger wind, fold the canopy down. An open canopy acts like a sail that slows you down, blows you off course, and can trap you in one place.
- Synchronize your legs (Shared rhythm)
Pedal in perfect sync with your partner (both pushing the left leg at the same time, then the right). A synchronized push delivers smooth power and cuts through water resistance much easier. - Reduce the power (Steady pace)
Do not pedal frantically. Due to hull physics, the paddleboat has a speed limit, and pushing harder won’t make you go faster – it will only exhaust you. Find a light, constant rhythm. - Head towards the shore (Avoid the middle)
The wind is always strongest in the open middle of the lake. If the wind picks up, do not push through the center; head towards the shoreline immediately. Trees and land create a windbreak there, making your return much easier.
- Spustite tendu (Uklonite “jedro”)
Čim osjetite jači vjetar, odmah sklopite tendu. Podignuta tenda djeluje kao jedro koje vas koči, zanosi i može vas potpuno zaustaviti na mjestu. - Sinkronizirajte noge (Zajednički ritam)
Pedalirajte u potpunom suglasju s partnerom (lijeva noga obojici u isto vrijeme, pa desna). Sinkronizirani potisak daje glatku snagu i puno lakše probija vodu. - Smanjite snagu (Ujednačen tempo)
Nemojte divljački upirati. Zbog fizike trupa, pedalina ima svoj limit brzine i jačim stiskanjem nećete ići brže – samo ćete se uzalud umoriti. Uhvatite lagan, konstantan ritam. - Idite prema obali (Izbjegavajte sredinu)
Vjetar je uvijek najjači na otvorenoj sredini jezera. Ako vjetar pojača, ne forsirajte sredinu nego odmah krenite prema obali – drveće i kopno tamo stvaraju zavjetrinu pa je povratak puno lakši.
